Bootcamp

General Info

The word bootcamp scares some people but all that word does is bring a lot of people together to workout at the same time and push each other! In the springtime we will be starting many different types of botocamps all ranging from: parking lot bootcamps, indoor, running, TRX , body weight etc. Watch for the class calendar or contact front desk to inquire. Get 10 or more people together and we will make a bootcamp specifically for you & your friends or co-workers!
